Pair a kiosk with a one-time code. Manage location settings, idle timeout and kiosk activity; deactivate or revoke devices when needed.

Find & confirm.

Scan a QR using the supported camera or keyboard-style scanner. Visitors can also find a visit with the pass number and last four phone digits.

Apply site rules.

Use photo rules, privacy notices and safety acknowledgements, with acceptance recorded as part of the visitor flow.

Available on selected plans and configurations. Camera and scanner support depend on the device, browser and permissions.

Before your next visitor arrives.

Does the visitor need to install an app?

No. The platform is browser-based and works on phones, tablets and desktops. Camera scanning requires HTTPS and appropriate camera permissions.

Can we register walk-in visitors?

Yes. Reception can register walk-ins and route them to the host for approval according to company settings. Kiosk walk-ins wait for host approval before admission.

Is WhatsApp pass delivery automatic?

No. The application prepares the pass message and opens WhatsApp. A staff member reviews and sends the message manually.

Can we use a tablet as a kiosk?

Yes, on supported plans and configurations. An administrator pairs the device with the kiosk module. Camera and scanner compatibility should be checked for your setup.

Can we manage events as well as daily visitors?

Yes. The optional Event Management module covers guest registration, approval choices, QR passes, capacity controls, waitlists and event reporting.
